Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2008 South Bend Common Council <br />The March 10, 2008 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called <br />to order by Council President Timothy A. Rouse at 3:08 p.m. in the Council's Informal <br />Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Ann Puzze{lo, Dr. David Varner, <br />Oliver J. Davis, AI "Buddy" Kirsits, Timothy A. Rouse, and Karen L. White; Mayor <br />Stephen J. Luecke, Jeff Gibney, Patrick McMahon, and Council Attorney Kathleen <br />Cekanski-Farrand. <br />Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to the <br />March 6, 2008 Notice of Executive Session which stated that the meeting was called <br />for the purpose of conducting interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial <br />prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects pursuant to Indiana Code 5- <br />14-1.5-6.1(b)(4). <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was <br />that contained in the attached March 6, 2008 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 4:04 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Timothy A. se <br />Council President <br />Attachment <br />
