NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />c. conuinuea... <br />d. <br />e. <br />ds if the Director feels that there <br />reasonable expectation that the <br />at will lead to successful <br />elopment of the property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />by Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the NO. 933 AUTHORIZING ITS STAFF TO <br />Ccmmission approved Resolution No. 933 ENTER INTO EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION <br />autliorizing its staff to enter into PERIODS WITH POTEN'T'IAL DEVELOPERS <br />exc usive negotiation periods with <br />potontial developers. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the Commission <br />autliorized the transfer of a number of <br />properties to the Redevelopment Authority <br />so that the Authority can make <br />improvements to these properties as part <br />of the South Bend Central Development <br />Area Public Improvement Project. <br />Resolution No. 934 conveys two properties <br />tha were not owned by the Commission at <br />the time of the previous conveyance, one <br />p that was conveyed in Resolution <br />No. 913, but the legal description was <br />inccxplete, and the fourth parcel was <br />deeded to the Redevelopment Commission by <br />Riverside Printing instead of to the <br />Red velopment Authority and needs to be <br />on to the Authority. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the NO. 934 INDICATING ITS INTENTION <br />Ccmdssion adopted Resolution No. 934 TO TRANSFER CERTAIN REAL ESTATE <br />sating its intention to transfer TO THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />certain real estate to the South Bend AUTHORITY <br />Red velopment Authority. <br />-4- <br />
