This will result in a heavier <br />tax inpact the first year. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Comission approved Resolution No. 925, a <br />final bond resolution of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission authorizing the <br />issuance of Redevelopment District Bonds <br />for the purpose of raising money for <br />property acquisition and redevelopment in <br />the Studebaker Corridor Development Area. <br />Mr. Nimtz acknowledged the tremendous <br />editorial support of the South Bend <br />Trikune during the petition drive for the <br />Studebaker Corridor project. <br />j .
