The contract is <br />in the amount of $184,600.00 and runs <br />frco# January 1, 1990, to December 31, <br />Upor a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Doncho and unanimously carried, the <br />Ccum 'ssion approved the Conmrunity <br />Development Contract (CD90 -601) in the <br />amount of $184,600.00 for Redevelopment <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Resolution No. 922 <br />auttorizes the acquisition of specific <br />property in the West Washington - Chapin <br />Develcpient Area. A list of the <br />properties to be acquired and the <br />purchase price is attached. Once the <br />resolution is approved, purchase offers <br />will be sent to the property owners.
