NEW BU <br />a. co: <br />C. <br />elopment Commission <br />- February 23, 1990 <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. Leverman explained that Mr. Hayden <br />has an $8,700 Rental Rehab Doan for the <br />projerty at 929 W. Washington. Under the <br />provisions, of the Rental Rehab Program, <br />10% of the loan is forgiven each year if <br />the owner meets the conditions of the <br />program. Mr. Hayden has met the <br />regairements for the first two years of <br />the loan and wishes to sell the property <br />on February 28, 1990. The Commission is <br />askcd to waive the first two payments of <br />$87 .00 each. The remainder of the loan <br />wil be repaid when the property is sold. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Com.ussion. approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver for Paul J. Hayden for property <br />located at 929. W. Washington. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the Release of <br />Mortgage would be granted after Mr. <br />Hayden had paid off the $6,960 balance of <br />the loan. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE <br />CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER FOR PAUL J. <br />HAYDEN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />929 W.
