COMMISSION <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this resolution is <br />similar to the ones passed earlier by the <br />CcumIssion for the other allocation <br />areas. The difference is that this one <br />now picks up the new base assessment date <br />frcei Resolution No. 909. <br />Mr. Donoho asked how the changing of the <br />basO assessment date will affect the <br />-23- <br />
