As of 10:00 a.m. <br />todzy, no written remonstrances were <br />Mr. Nimtz asked if there was objection to <br />these items being entered into the <br />reccrd. There was no objection and the <br />items were received into the record. <br />Mrs Kolata explained that Resolution No. <br />909 changes the base assessment date for <br />four large parcels of land within the <br />South Bend Central Development Area <br />Allccation Area. It changes parcels no. <br />5, , 7, and 8 from a base assessment <br />da of March 1, 1985, to a base <br />as sment date of March 1, 1988. This <br />is illowed by the State Board of Tax <br />Conuissioners. Parcels 5, 6, 7 and 8 are <br />the expansion areas added to the Area in <br />1985. They are the northern most part of <br />the East Bank, the easternmost part of <br />the East Bank, a small corner of <br />Mo Sample, and the western edge of <br />the downtown.
