I'm of the opinion that the majority of the nei hborhood that really knows what's goir g on is in favor of bettering the 120C and 1300 block. They believe that in doing this, and something with Chapin, that it can only better the neighborhood itself and property values go up and more pri e in the neighborhood and taking better care of property within the boundary lines. Next? Mr. Harris: (Dispensational True Ch ch) I'm also a property owner in the 120C block of West Washington Street and I welcome the changes that hopefully are abo t to take place in the area. We have had a difficult time ever since we have movEd into that area. It's impossible to make any kind of improvements with the area like it is right now. BLit, I have a question directed to this group. One thirg I am concerned about. When we f irE t heard about the work you all had anticipated to do in the area, we stopped do' what we were going to do down there and right now we have furniture in a bui ding down there. And I am concerned about moving expenses. Although we do not have the building opened, but I think it xA ould be very unfair for you not to giv us moving expense. We have a lot of furr 'tore in a building there. And I am concerned about that. I think it would be very wrong for a few to get the moving that has been talked about and others don't get anything.
