The reason for <br />post ning it for so long is that <br />Hathaway, Inc. did not wish to sign an <br />agremient while they were in negotiations <br />to s all the building. The new owners <br />have had copies of the document and there <br />are no major contested issues. Mrs. <br />Kolata asked that the Cc mnission table <br />this item until the next meeting.
