Harrison <br />$6,705.00 (private) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the 515 N. <br />Harrison property includes two units. <br />The proposal includes a $1204.88 <br />contingency. The work to be done <br />includes painting, new gutters, <br />reroofuig' interior work, window repair, <br />new Pxywall, cabinets, etc. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Doncho, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the AND IRAN IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />Comission approved the proposal and loan RENTAL REHAB PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY <br />in nnection with the Rental Rehab LOCATED AT 515 N.
