<br />SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE <br />Memo April 7, 2020 <br />Special Events Committee is requesting the board to take action on the following: <br />a.Allowing applicants to be refunded for their initial application fee for events that <br />were previously approved and are now cancelled due to the coronavirus. President <br />st <br />Rohrscheib sent out an email regarding this nature on March 31 for a vote by the <br />committee on whether applicants should be refunded a non-refundable application <br />st <br />fee. On April 1, it was decided by the committee to refund application fees due to <br />the uncontrollable impact of the coronavirus. <br />
