Martin, Clerk <br />Board of Public Works <br />FROM:Zach Hurst,Project Engineer <br />SUBJECT:PSA Amendment–M/E Design Services <br />Olive Street Station Office HVAC Upgrades <br />DATE: <br />April 8, 2020 <br />During repairs to the HVAC system at the Olive Street station office building, it was noted that <br />issues between old and new equipment was causing a constant tripping of a breaker required <br />for function of the system. This amendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement <br />with M/E Design Services accounts for the investigation and design effort required to mitigate <br />the problem. <br />The construction portion of the work is being handled by way of a change order to Ideal <br />Consolidated, which is also scheduled for approval at the same Board meeting. <br />Please call with your questions (MS Teams). <br /> <br />
