NEW BUSWESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata entered into the record the <br />items of Public Hearing: 1) an affidavit <br />from the South Bend Tribune that the <br />legal Notice was published in that <br />newspaper on December 29, 1989; 2) an <br />affiPavit from the Tri- County News that <br />the Xegal Notice was published in that <br />news�paper on December 29, 1989. <br />Mr. Nimtz asked if there was any <br />cbjection to these items being entered <br />into the public record. There was no <br />cbjection and the items were received <br />intd the record. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Commission is <br />considering a substitute Resolution <br />No. 904. There were a couple of minor <br />modifications as to how the interest <br />income is being considered in the <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the resolution <br />appxcpriates the proceeds and interest <br />from the $4.9 million bond issue for the <br />Studebaker Corridor Development Area. It <br />is estimatzd that investment earnings <br />will be in the approximate amount of <br />$30C,000 and this is also appropriated in <br />the resolution. <br />Mr. Nimtz asked if there were any <br />remonstrances.
