South Bend Fodevelopment Cmmnission <br />Annual zational Meeting - January 2, 1990 <br />NP <br />Mr. Wolf asked if the water problem in PROGRESS REPORTS <br />the Robertson's building has been <br />solved. Mrs. Kolata responded the we are <br />working with the Water Departwnt and the <br />Engineering Department to solve the <br />problem. We do not have plans to heat <br />the building, but are looking at altering <br />the water pipe connection under the <br />street. <br />Mr. How 1 asked if there was an update <br />on the otel proposal. Mrs. Kolata <br />respond that we have not heard froan the <br />devel , but would expect to have a <br />report the January 12, 1990 meeting. <br />There being no further business to ccme ADJCATFU40T <br />before the Organizational Meeting of the <br />Ccamiss ' on, Mr. Cc ubs made a motion that <br />the meeting be adjourned.
