South Bend "evelopment Commission <br />Annual zational Meeting - January 2, 1990 <br />CIP <br />4. <br />Mr. Piasecki nominated Mr. F. Jay Nimtz <br />to serve as President of the South Bend <br />Redevel p meet Commission. Mr. Donoho <br />made a notion that the nominations be <br />closed. Mr. Combs seconded the motion <br />and the nominations were closed. The <br />vote being unanimous, Mr. Nimtz was <br />elected President for 1990. <br />Mr. Niztz nominated Ms. Paula Auburn to <br />serve as Vice President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. The nomination <br />was seconded by Mr. Plasecki. There <br />being no further nominations and the vote <br />being , Ms. Auburn was elected <br />Vice Preoident for 1990. <br />Mr. Ccmb3 nominated Mr. Roman Piasecki to <br />serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelqmient Commission. Upon a motion <br />by Mr. Dondho, seconded by Mr. Combs and <br />unanimously carried, the nominations were <br />closed. There being no further <br />nominations and the vote being unanimous, <br />Mr. Piascucki was elected Secretary for <br />1990. <br />Mr. Dornho <br />nominated Mr. Sandy Combs to <br />serve as <br />Assistant Secretary of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. Upon a <br />motion by <br />Mr. Nimtz, seconded by Mr. <br />Piasecki <br />and unanimously carried, the <br />nominations <br />were closed. There being no <br />further nominations <br />and the vote being <br />Mr. Combs was elected <br />Assistant <br />Secretary for 1990. <br />of staff. <br />-2- <br />
