The <br />proposals were scored by a cross-functional City team. The scoring sheets are attached. <br />Theproposals scoredas follows: <br />Mentored Mowing Package AMentored Mowing Package B <br />Greater Impact Lawn Kennedy Expressline Greater Impact Lawn Care(only <br />CareInc.proposal received) <br />90Points42Points90Points <br />Venues Parks & Arts, incollaboration with the Office of Diversity & Inclusion, would like to <br />award the 2020 Mentored Mowing packages as follows: <br />Package A: <br />o Award 94 of the 114 City properties to Greater Impact Lawn Care, the highest <br />scorer. They have the ability to meet the specifications and a have a well- <br />developed mentorship program. <br />o Award 20 of the 114 City propertiesin the package to Kennedy Expressline, Inc. <br />They are a registered MBE and have the ability to meet the RFPspecifications. <br />While they do not have a fully developed mentorship program, the scoring team <br />believes they are well positioned to developonepriorto commencement of the <br />work.The firm failed to include a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit.The failure was <br />deemed non-material to submission of a responsive proposal by <br />the evaluation committee, andthe firm will be required to provide <br />the signed Affidavit prior to issuance of aNotice to Proceed. <br />Package B: <br />o Award all cemetery areas in package to Greater Impact Lawn <br />Care. Greater Impact Lawn care was the only firm to submit a <br />proposal for package B. Their proposal scored very well and was <br />satisfactory enoughto warrant award. <br /> <br />
