The City W:Booth l5end is exempt from the payment of federal excise and transportation taxes levied under the provision of the Internal Revenue Code. It is also exempt from, the Indiana State Gross Retail Tax (sales tax). The City will furnish, the successful Bidder with any certificate of exemption required.
