NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of Public Works will receive sealed bids <br />at the Office of the Board of Public Works, County -City Building Room 1316, 227 West Jefferson Blvd, <br />South Bend, Indiana, 46601 until the hour of 9:30 a.m., Local Time, on April 14, 2020 for the following: <br />2020 Street and Sewer Department Materials <br />Project No. 120-005 <br />This project includes the furnishing of materials to be used by the Street Department, Sewer Department, <br />and other City of South Bend agencies for the year 2020 and the first part of the year 2021. All more <br />particularly described in plans and specifications prepared by Scott Kreeger, phone 574.235.9245. <br />The Contract Documents are on file and available for public inspection commencing on the first advertise <br />date during regular working hours at the Department of Public Works (1316 County -City Building, South <br />Bend, Indiana), and at MACIAF 3215-A Sugar Maple Court, South Bend, IN 46628. Additionally, the <br />Contract Documents will be available that same day for inspection or purchase at American Reprographics <br />Company ("ARC", located at 1303 Northside Blvd., South Bend, Indiana, 46615), www.e- <br />arc.comllocationlsouth.bendl (574) 287-2944, toll free at (800) 783-7231. There will be a non-refundable <br />charge for reproduction as set by ARC for every set of documents for all bidders. <br />Bids must be on the City of South Bend Contractor's Bid for Public Work Form, accompanied by a Certified <br />Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Divisions, in a sealed envelope <br />noting the project name, number and your company's information on the front. <br />Any questions about bidding conditions must be addressed to the Owner in writing no later than 5:00 p.m., <br />Local Time, April 7, 2020. <br />The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept a full or partial award of the bid or bids <br />which, in its judgment, will be to the best interests of the City of South Bend. If the Board elects to award <br />the divisions, the Board will look at each line item of the cost when determining the lowest, responsive <br />and responsible bid. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Linda M.
