The auditorium (house) and lobby should undergo decorative <br />restoration. The seating in the house should undergo rehabilitation and the <br />house should be re- seated. - <br />B. <br />Palais Royale. <br />We recommend that the ballroom undergo decorative restoration; <br />ceiling, walls, floors. We recommend that a new lighting system be <br />installed in keeping with the decorative restoration. <br />We recommend that a full service commercial kitchen be installed to <br />service the ballroom and the Morris Civic Auditorium. <br />Public comfort features, a portable stage (with access to lighting and <br />sound reproduction) and adequate storage areas should be provided. <br />Both public and private (staff) linkages to the Morris Civic Auditorium <br />should be provided. <br />- 1 - <br />
