Anybody else? <br />Mrs. Kolata: Could I add a comment, just <br />on Eamething that Mr. Childs said about <br />it being removed from the tax rolls. The <br />portion of the building that is privately <br />used will not be removed from the tax <br />rolls. It is very similar to the <br />situation where we own the Osco building, <br />but Dsco pays taxes on the real estate <br />it is a private use in a public <br />bull So the taxes will not be <br />Mr. Oimtz: Any questions from the <br />Mr. iasecki: What do you mean "current <br />*4 it <br />Mr. Childs: I guess that by current time <br />I man that as conditions exist today, it <br />seems as if the planned use is consistent <br />with development. The current and <br />planned use of the building is consistent <br />with what we've all said we want for the <br />downtown. If at some point it becomes <br />apparent that the use of the building or <br />contemplated use of the building is <br />inconsistent with that plan, then I think <br />it h rings forth a new set of <br />circ umstances And I think at that point <br />I wc uld suggest that the Commission look <br />at i t under a little different set of <br />circumstances. We don't feel that that <br />today. <br />Mr. Nimtz : Paula? <br />Ms. I was just going to say in <br />relationship to the addition of the <br />Pal 's Royale to the acquisition list, <br />one of the things that I'd like to <br />request from the Commission's perspective <br />is that Jon Hunt be designated the person <br />to rk with the current owners of that <br />s and that we might seriously <br />-13- <br />
