Mrs. Kolata noted that Dennis Cripe had suhmitted a bid for two properties at the coiner of Columbia and Bronson Streets for the purpose of moving a house that is cutrently located on Lincolnway East. B & R Oil Co., owner of the Burger Dairy Store on Lincolrnaay East wishes to purchase the property on which the house is located in order to expand their par king lot. B & R Oil would have Mr. Cr 's house moved to the new location. Kolata noted that the Commission recuested additional information from bo B & R Oil and Mr. Cripe. The staff met with both parties and has received inf rmation outlining the responsibilities of both parties, a site plan for the house move, and a letter from Trustcorp Bank indicating that B & R Oil has the financial ability to carry out the project. B & R Oil Co. will pay for the purchase of the properties from the Ccnmiission, pay for the cost of moving the house, hook up the utilities at the new location, and construct an entrance sidewalk to the front door from the sidewalk on Columbia Street.
