He noted that in <br />th eir bid docL mmits, Niles/Washington <br />Associates proposed to build an apartment <br />ccmplex on this site by summer, 1990. <br />This was part of a larger bid which <br />luded the construction of the AM <br />General office building on the south west <br />coiner of Niles and Washington Streets. <br />That project is nearing ccupletion. They <br />ha %e subsequently discussed with the <br />staff the purchase of the property on the <br />noithwest corner of Niles and Washington <br />Stieets, for an additional office <br />'lding.
