The resolution amends <br />the plan by adding sixteen <br />properties in the Monroe Park area <br />to the South Bend Central <br />Develcpment Area Development Plan. <br />These properties are primarily in <br />the block that fronts on Monroe <br />Street. A couple are in the block <br />'ately west of that along <br />Fellows Street. <br />Kolata noted that the staff <br />send notice of the Public <br />ng to the affected property <br />s during the week of July 31. <br />MrE . Kolata also noted that her <br />schedule conflicted with the 10:00 <br />Public Hearing on August 25th and <br />asl ad if the Ccamuission could <br />reschedule the August 25th meeting <br />to 9:00 a.m. There was no cbjection <br />the meeting was rescheduled. <br />Resolution No. 881, which states the <br />time of the Public Hearing as 10:00 <br />a. m., will be amended to read 9:00 <br />Mr. Piasecki asked what the purpose <br />of the acquisition of these <br />prWerties was.
