The lot is currently leased by <br />Carmnission to Center City Associates <br />a month to month basis. The lease can <br />cancelled if a development is proposed <br />I the land sold. Realizing that the <br />irary will have a substantial <br />estment to protect, the staff has <br />posed to allow Center City Associates <br />sublease to the library on a month to <br />nth basis.
