Mrs. Kolata responded that <br />it is not sufficient for legal documents, <br />but is sufficient for the agenda. There <br />is a legal description of the property <br />attached to the petition and the Council <br />Mr. Wensits asked who the members of the <br />partnership ' were. Mr. Elliott responded <br />thit Jobn Freidline is the owner and is <br />in the process of forming the <br />partnership.
