Mrs. Kolata responded <br />: most of the units are presently <br />spied and the occupancy will not <br />ige. He is required to advertise as <br />il opportunity housing and provide <br />mentation to the Bureau of Housing <br />. he has done that. <br />Donoho asked how the residents left <br />eless by the Morningside fire would <br />efit from these rehabilitated units <br />they are presently occupied. Mrs. <br />ata responded that five out of the <br />:units are presently occupied. <br />Piasecki reccmmmended that the Rental <br />ab Program be more widely advertised <br />that more people could benefit from <br />Program. Mrs. Kolata asked Mr. <br />erman what kind of advertising is <br />e regarding the program. Mr. <br />erman responded that periodic <br />ertising is done in the South Bend <br />buns as well as targeted advertising <br />landlords within program boundaries. <br />Kolata noted that there are some <br />Llords who use the Program repeatedly <br />other instances of one-time users. <br />also noted that they receive <br />dries about the program from people <br />decide not to pursue it because of <br />government regulations involved. <br />.a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />ission approved the proposals and <br />s in connection with the Rental <br />b Ivan Program for properties <br />ted at 119 N.
