Norris responded that he had not <br />discussed with him the possibility of a <br />1 er price. <br />H <br />Kolata suggested awarding to R.E. <br />'loskey at this time and asking Jerome <br />haels if he would consider bringing <br />commercial price in line with that <br />R.E. McCloskey.
