Nimtz asked if there were any <br />estions from the audience. There were <br />questions. <br />Kolata noted that the Plan is not up <br />official adoption at this time. The <br />velopment Plan cannot be amended <br />1 the appraisals are completed. <br />ver, she indicated that some of the <br />issioners asked if the commission <br />ld show its support for the <br />rehensive Plan. Mr. Nimtz affirmed <br />the Co mttission would like to <br />sate its support. <br />I a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />fission stated that they look with <br />1r on the Comprehensive Neighborhood <br />lervation and DevelopTent Plan for <br />Near Westside Neighborhood as it was <br />rented and intends to move forward <br />xds developing and approving a final <br />I, recognizing that there may be <br />.fications and changes in the Plan as <br />Auburn noted that the level of <br />lhborhood involvement in the Plan was <br />-itical factor in the Commission's <br />sort of the Plan.
