There were none. The <br />documents were introduced into the <br />Mrs, Kolata explained that the amendment <br />to a Development Plan adds one piece of <br />pr y to the Acquisition List. This <br />prcperty is the industrial building <br />my known as the Opelika Building, <br />1 ted in the East Bank area. <br />:d to Resolution No. 874 are the <br />fs of Fact which were previously <br />I by the Commission concerning <br />within the South Bend Central <br />ment Area. <br />Mr. Nimtz opened the Public Hearing and <br />asked if anyone desired to be heard <br />conde=ing Resolution No. 874.
