McBride a pandemic of Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Mayor Mueller,on March Third District 19,2020 declared a local disaster emergency. Troy Warner Indiana Code 10- 14-3-29 states that a declaration of a"local disaster emergency," Fourth District declared only by the principal executive officer of a political subdivision,may not be continued or renewed for more than seven(7)days except by or with the consent Jake Teshka of the governing body of the political subdivision. Fifth District Sheila Niezgodski At our last Council meeting we consented to the renewal or continuance of any declaration of a local disaster emergency until the next full Council meeting.ThisSixthDistrictResolutionextendsthisperiodoftimeuntilthereisalawfulterminationofthelocal Karen L.White disaster emergency or until the Council revokes this consent.
