McBride a pandemic of Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Mayor Mueller,on March <br />Third District 19,2020 declared a local disaster emergency. <br />Troy Warner Indiana Code 10- 14-3-29 states that a declaration of a"local disaster emergency," <br />Fourth District declared only by the principal executive officer of a political subdivision,may not <br />be continued or renewed for more than seven(7)days except by or with the consent <br />Jake Teshka of the governing body of the political subdivision. <br />Fifth District <br />Sheila Niezgodski At our last Council meeting we consented to the renewal or continuance of any <br />declaration of a local disaster emergency until the next full Council meeting.ThisSixthDistrictResolutionextendsthisperiodoftimeuntilthereisalawfulterminationofthelocal <br />Karen L.White disaster emergency or until the Council revokes this consent. <br />At Large <br />Given the urgency of the immediate crisis with which we find ourselves as a City <br />Rachel Tomas Morgan and as residents, I ask that this bill be assigned to and discussed at the Health and <br />At Large Public Safety Committee meeting and passed at the regular Council meeting on <br />April 13, 2020. <br />Lori K.
