Sub fitted to you with this letter is a Fourth Amendment to <br />Contract for Sale of Land for Private Development between the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission and Can -Am pursuant to <br />which the dates for purchase of the land and commencement of�, <br />construction are being extended to r , amend' <br />February 20, 1989, respectively. We have discussed the <br />necessity of these changes with Ms. Kolata and respectfully <br />request that you approve the Fourth Amendment and authorize <br />execution. <br />2.
