(Transwestern Building) <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that advertisements <br />were run in the Indianapolis Star, the <br />Chicago Tribune, Crains Chicago Business <br />Magazine, Midwest Real Estate News and <br />the South Bend Tribune. Five bid packets <br />were either picked up at the office or <br />sent out. However, no bids were received <br />by the 10:00 December 2, 1988 deadline. <br />Mr. Nimtz received the report and noted <br />that the Commission would not take any <br />action at this time. <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL <br />FROM NILES/WASHINGTON ASSOCIATES <br />FOR PARCELS E3 -3, E3 -4 AND E9 -11 <br />SUB7EGT TO THE DRAFTING OF A <br />CONTRACT FOR SALE OF LAND FOR <br />MIXED USE <br />NO BIDS WRE RECEIVED FOR REUSE OF <br />THE TRANSWESTERN BUILDING <br />
