NEW BU INESS (font.) <br />e. c omi.nuea.. . <br />f. <br />Upoa a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and carried, the Commission <br />approved the proposals and loans in <br />co ection with the Rental Rehab Loan <br />for properties located at 908, <br />916 920 and 922 South Bend Ave., subject <br />to the correction of any errors in the <br />commitment letter as previously <br />notBd. Mr. Piasecki abstained from the <br />Dev 1 intent Area. (Parcel E1 -1) <br />Mrs Kolata explained that Can Am is <br />preparing to close on the financing for <br />the purchase of parcel E1 -1 on December <br />22. Because of that they are trying to <br />tie up some loose ends and be ready to <br />begin construction immediately. They are <br />asking for: 1) permission to allow the <br />contractor to set up construction <br />trailers, telephone lines and temporary <br />pow (x on the site prior to the December <br />30t1i closing on the land; 2) a variance <br />from the Commission's requirement that <br />all buildings be at least 25 feet from <br />the East Bank Walkway, and; 3) <br />mocd.fications to the legal description of <br />the pedestrian easement along the <br />riv6rbank. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Vt. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized staff to record <br />the easement concerning the walkway for <br />public access to parcel E1 -1; approved <br />the site plan including the location of <br />the rners of two buildings within the <br />25 t setback; and gave permission for <br />the mntractor to place a construction <br />trai er upon the site and install <br />ten"rary telephone lines and temporary <br />-14- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSALS <br />AND LOANS IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />RENTAL REHAB LOAN PROGRAM FOR <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 908, 916, <br />920 AND 922 SOUTH BEND AVE. <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED THE STAFF <br />TO RECORD THE EASEMENT CONCERNING <br />THE WA11MY FOR PUBLIC ACCESS TO <br />PARCEL E1 -1; APPROVED THE SITE <br />PLAN INCLUDING THE LOCATION OF <br />THE CORNERS OF TWO BUILDINGS <br />WITHIN THE 25 FOOT SETBACK; AND <br />GAVE PERMISSION FOR THE <br />CONTRACTOR TO PLACE A <br />CONSTRUCTION TRAILER UPON THE <br />SITE AND INSTALL TEMPORARY POWER <br />
