DAYTON <br />loc ited at 116 E. Dayton. Ms. Auburn <br />Mrs Kolata noted that the Homesteading <br />property located at 1504 W. Ford Street <br />was previously awarded to Mr. Brad <br />Marks. He has been offered a job in <br />Indianapolis and has relinquished the <br />homestead. The Bureau of Housing <br />contacted all prior applicants who had <br />indicated an interest in this property <br />and Mr. Leonard was the only one still <br />inUxested in it. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if Ms. Elizabeth <br />Leortard, Director of Financial and <br />PrcgraM Management, is a relative of <br />Jef ery Leonard. Mrs. Kolata responded <br />that she is not. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Doncho, seconded by <br />Mr. Combs and unanimously carried, the <br />Cormission approved the Homestead <br />Agreement with Mr. Jeffery Leonard for <br />pro located at 1504 W.
