Section 21-07.03 <br />Sign Regulations <br />(f) Off-Premise Signs <br />(7) Minimum Front Yard Setback, Side .Yard Setback and Rear Yard Setback of <br />Off-Premise Signs. <br />(A) Front Yard Setback - <br />i. Limited Access Highway -The minimum front yard setback shall <br />be fifty (50) feet from proposed right-of--way. <br />ii. All Other Streets -The minimum front yard setback shall be the <br />same as required for any building or structure. <br />(B) Side Yard Setback and Rear Yard Setback -The minimum side yard <br />setback or minimum rear yard setback for anoff-premise sign shall be the <br />same as required for any building or structure. <br />(8) Separation from Certain Districts or Uses. <br />(A) Linear Spacing -The minimum distance between anoff-premise sign and <br />a residential district, historic preservation district, public park -active or <br />passive, residential use, religious use, private or pazochial school, <br />designated historic landmazk or river shall be two-hundred (200) feet, <br />measured along the centerline of the limited access highway or street to <br />which the off-premise sign is oriented, from the point in the centerline <br />closest to the leading edge of the off-premise sign to the point in the <br />centerline nearest district boundary or lot line of a use specified herein. <br />(B) Radial Spacing -The minimum distance between anoff-premise sign and <br />a residential district, historic preservation district, public park -active or <br />passive, residential use, religious use, private or parochial school, <br />designated historic landmark or river shall be one-hundred (100) feet, <br />measured perpendiculaz from the neazest edge of the sign surface to the <br />neazest district boundary or lot line of a use specified herein. <br />(9) Construction of Off-Premise Signs. <br />The supports, uprights, bracing and framework of anoff-premise sign shall be of <br />steel construction. <br />(10) Associated Sphere of Influence. <br />The total number ofoff-premise signs within the associated sphere of influence <br />shall at no time exceed the total number of ofdpremise signs legally in existence <br />in said area on the effective date of Ordinance No. 5647-74. <br />Ord.
