If business identification wall signs are located on zero (0), one (1) <br />or two (2) facades of the building located on the out lot, one (1) <br />monument identification sign maybe located on the out lot; or, <br />ii. If business identification wall signs are located on three (3) or <br />more facades of the building located on the out lot, zero (0) <br />monument identification signs maybe located on the out lot. <br />Ord.
