Section 21-07.03 <br />Sign Regulations -Prohibited Signs <br />(6) Signs attached to trees. <br />(7) Signs attached to utility poles, <br />except for signs erected on behalf <br />of or pursuant to authorization of <br />a governmental body or the utility <br />company having jurisdiction over <br />such poles. <br />(8) Signs that bear or contain <br />statements, words or pictures of <br />an obscene, pornographic, <br />immoral character, or which <br />SALE "°" <br />Pennants <br />000 <br />Balloons and Pennants <br />Sign <br />contain advertising matter which is untruthful or will offend public morals or <br />decency. <br />(9) Any sign that obstructs or substantially interferes with any window, door, fire <br />escape, stairway, ladder or opening intended to provide light, air, ingress or egress <br />to any building. <br />(10) Any changeable copy sign, including without limitation an electronic variable <br />message sign on which the message changes more than six (6) times per minute. <br />(11) Any rotating beam, beacon, intermittent light, lights of changing degrees of <br />intensity, or flashing illumination in connection with any sign surface, except as <br />part of an electronic variable message sign on which the message does not change <br />more that six (6) times per minute. <br />(12) Roof Signs. <br />(13) Any other type of sign located on private property outside of apublicright-of--way <br />not expressly permitted by Section 21-07.03 -Sign Regulations of this <br />Ordinance. <br />2 <br />Ord.
