Section 21-07.03 <br />Sign Regulations <br />(a) Exempt Signs <br />b. A temporary sign shall not be located within any public <br />right-of--way; <br />c. A temporary sign, if a freestanding sign, shall be located in <br />compliance with all setback regulations for a permanent <br />sign; and, <br />d. A temporary sign, if a wall sign, shall be located in <br />compliance with the regulations for a permanent wall sign. <br />iii. Manner -Temporary signs shall be placed in the following <br />manner: <br />a. A temporary sign shall be permitted on a lot only upon <br />prior authorization by the owner of said lot. <br />b. Any sign which meets the Ordinance definition of an <br />on premise business sign or an outdoor advertising sign <br />shall not be considered or allowed as a temporary sign. <br />A temporary sign shall not be illuminated. <br />(B) Temporary Freestanding Sign for any individual lot in any SFI District or <br />SF2 District: <br />i. Number -One (1) temporary freestanding sign shall be permitted <br />for each street or limited access highway which abuts the lot. <br />ii. Manner -Temporary signs: <br />a. shall not exceed six (6) square feet in sign surface area; <br />and, <br />b. shall not exceed four (4) feet in height above grade; <br />(C) Temporary freestanding sign for any MF1 District, MF2 District, <br />Commercial /Mixed Use District or Industrial District or for any single or <br />two family subdivision development in the SFl District or SF2 District: <br />Number -One (1) additional freestanding sign shall be permitted <br />for each street or limited access highway which abuts the lot or <br />integrated center. <br />4 <br />Ord.
