Section 21-07.01 <br />Landscape Regulations <br />(9) Appeals - If the Zoning Administrator disapproves of a proposed alternative <br />landscape plan, the applicant may, within five (5) business days, appeal the <br />Zoning Administrator's decision by filing an Administrative Appeal with the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals, stating the reasons and justification for the appeal. <br />Such petition shall be filed consistent with the provisions of Section 21-09.03 of <br />this Ordinance and any applicable Rules of Procedure. <br />15 <br />Ord.
