Coni <br />elopment Commission <br />- July 22, 1988 <br />(Cont.) <br />proper forms are filed with the Auditor's <br />Office. <br />Upo a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Cormission adopted Resolution No. 852 <br />approving an application for personal <br />prorerty tax deduction consideration for <br />Ad Engineering, Inc. at 1702 W. <br />Was incton St. <br />Mrs. Kol to announced that the Redevelopment <br />Authority will meet at 12:00 noon on July 26 <br />to receive bids and sell the bonds for both <br />the St, Joseph/Wayne parking garage and the <br />stadium refinancing. <br />Mrs. Kol to also noted that at the August 12 <br />meeting the staff will be recommending <br />specific plans for the Studebaker Bond Issue <br />announced by the Mayor last week. <br />8. NEXT CO MISSION MEETING <br />a <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Commission is <br />schedulep for August 12, 1988 at 10:00 a.m. <br />There be'ng no further business to come before <br />the CornmLssion, Mr. Piasecki made a motion <br />that the meeting be adjourned.
