Cor <br />elopment Commdssion <br />- February 26, 1988 <br />(Cont.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the requested <br />changes noted above to the Contract for <br />Sale of Land for parcel 4 -30. <br />k. Coirmission action requested on parcel <br />C4-30 in the South Bend Central <br />De elopment Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this is the <br />parcel, adjacent to the Combined Capital <br />pr perty, which was awarded to <br />Washington/St. Joseph Associates. They <br />ha e never executed the Contract for Sale <br />of Land, although a Contract was sent to <br />them several months ago. Recently a <br />letter was sent to Washington /St. Joseph <br />Associates informing them that a Contract <br />needed to be in place by February 26 and <br />stating that the Commission would revoke <br />the award of the Contract if the Contract <br />was not signed by that date. <br />Washington/St. Joseph Associates has not <br />executed the Contract and is aware that <br />the Co=ssion intends to revoke the <br />award cf the bid. <br />Upcn a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission revoked the award of bid to <br />Washington/St. Joseph Associates for <br />ua cel C4 -30. <br />Item 6.1. * an addition to the agenda. <br />1.
