NEw <br />1701 <br />W <br />Cm <br />end <br />Redevelopment Commission <br />Me <br />ting - February 26, 1988 <br />BU <br />INESS <br />approval requested for Relea <br />Commission <br />of <br />Rehabilitation Grant Mortgage Liens <br />for <br />the following clients in accordance <br />with <br />the recommendation from the Bureau <br />of <br />Housing. <br />Hudson 1310 South Bend Ave <br />Lucille <br />Catherine <br />Thompson 1409 E. Miner <br />Mrs. <br />Kolata noted that the five year te: <br />of <br />the loan has passed. The property <br />owners <br />have kept the home in good <br />condition <br />and the taxes and insurance a: <br />paid. <br />Therefore, the property owners <br />qu <br />aify for release of the liens. <br />Upon <br />a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded b, <br />Mr. <br />Piasecki and unanimously carried, tl <br />Coirmission <br />approved the Release of <br />Rehabilitation <br />Grant Mortgage Liens for <br />the <br />clients listed above in accordance <br />with <br />the recommendation from the Bureau <br />of <br />lousing. <br />Coirmission <br />approval requested for <br />Resolution <br />No. 830 petitioning the <br />Portage <br />Township Assessor for a <br />of Property in the South <br />Reassessment <br />Bend <br />Central Allocation Area. <br />Kolata noted that Resolutions No. <br />Mrs. <br />830, <br />831, 832 and 833 are all petitions <br />for <br />a reassessment of property value in <br />the <br />various redevelopment tax increment <br />financing <br />allocation areas. This is an <br />annual <br />procedure to. determine what our <br />tax <br />increment is. This is the first ye< <br />we <br />are requesting an assessment of the <br />West <br />Washington- Chapin Allocation Area. <br />Upon <br />a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded b, <br />Mr. <br />Piasecki and unanmously carried, the <br />Coirmission <br />approved Resolution No. 830. <br />Commission <br />approval requested for <br />Resolution <br />No. 831 petitioning the <br />Portage <br />Township Assessor for a <br />of Property in the Rum <br />Reassessment <br />Village <br />Industrial Park Allocation Area <br />-4- <br />>e <br />:m <br />�e <br />7 COMMISSION APPROVED THE RELEASE OF <br />ie REHABILITATION GRANT MORTGAGE LIENS <br />FOR THE CLIENTS LISTED ABOVE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATION <br />FROM THE BUREAU OF HOUSING <br />Lr <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO.830 <br />
