Continued... <br />Mr. Hunt indicated that the design <br />modifications would require additional <br />time to prepare and that Mr. Sowinski was <br />requesting changes in the schedule. The <br />date for completion of the project, <br />November 30, 1989, however, would remain <br />the same. He indicated that the staff <br />rec mmendation is to accept the proposed <br />modifications. <br />Upoi a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Comnission approved the proposal from The <br />Co fined Capital Group. <br />e. We are moving <br />along rapidly and we appreciate your <br />kindness in allowing us to move at a <br />quick, yet comfortable pace. <br />We will try to vacate during the end of <br />October as planned, if we can get an <br />occupancy permit with a few things left <br />undone inside.
