Keen I Bui 1 di ng
It i important for the neighborhood that this building not be allowed to
sit vacant any longer. The neighborhood is still fragile. It needs a
cata yst to pull people into Monroe Park for the good reasons, not as
abse tee owners, but as investors for the future. Good reasonable
hopu ing is needed in the near downtown area. But, there has to be a real
visa le reason before we can effect any turnaround in the neighborhood.
I have enclosed a copy of our business plan for your consideration.
With loan money, we believed that we could be in full operation within
18 m nths; without it we sincerely believe we can still meet our 3 year
deadline. We would be willing to report to you regularly on our progress
and neet all stipulations we agree on. We are prepared to purchase the
prop rty immediately and hope that you will allow us to do so.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sin rely,
M
Sandra Kieffer for
Kieffer /Zimpelman Partnership
cc: H Robinson
Eugenia Schwartz
Enclosure
