ORDINANCE NO. 410 5.-9 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $15, 361 .20 FROM <br /> THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING ADMINISTRATIVE EQUIPMENT <br /> AND PERFORMING VARIOUS REPAIRS AT THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> WHEREAS, the Morris Civic Auditorium is owned by the City of <br /> South Bend and is managed under the control of the Century Center <br /> Board of Managers . <br /> The Century Center Board of managers on July 23, 1993, has <br /> determined that it is in the best public interest to complete a <br /> number of projects prior to the start of the next season. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I . <br /> The amount of $15, 361 .20 is hereby appropriated and ordered <br /> set apart out of the Morris Civic Auditorium Improvement Fund for <br /> the purchase and installation of the following: <br /> PROJECT AMOUNT <br /> Roma/MCA Walkway Resurfacing $ 3,500 . 00 <br /> M.C.A.
