Williams and Associates - $75,950
*It should be noted that the proposal from Clyde E.
Williams and Associates was not signed and therefore
could not be considered.
The two valid proposals were forwarded to the
Department of Public Works for review and
recommendation. Michael Meeks, Director, Division of
Engineering, met with each consultant, reviewed the
proposals, and offered the following:
- Valley Engineering's proposal breaks down to
roughly $17,700 in survey work and $6,000 in
design and engineering work.
- Ken Herceg's proposal breaks down to roughly
$8,500 in survey work and $26,500 in design and
engineering work.
- Both firms would be using the same surveying
crew to do the job.
- This project requires considerable design and
engineering work.
