He distributed copies of the brochure they will use for advertising when renovation is complete. He Explained that Holladay Corporation acquired the building approximately one year ago as part of the deal for I & M to move into One Michiana Square. They have applied for the building to be designated as EL historic building. They expect to beg'n construction within 30 days with can letion by the end of the year. Mr. Wolf indicated that Center City Associates strongly supports this project because of the quality of work that Holladay Corporation does and because of the positive effect it could have on the future of the Christman building. Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 806 by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL the Commission approved Resolution No. PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR ONE 806 approving real property tax abatement MICHIANA SQUARE ASSOCIATES for One Michiana Square Associates. c. Co ssion approval Resclution No. 807 a tion for real for an tax deduction for Richard E. Luten. Mr. Hunt asked that this item be continued until the July 24 meeting. Mr. Hunt noted that the last portion of the Michigan Street improvements has been ccmpleted on schedule. Ms. Der beck asked about the status of the Christman building. Mr. Hunt explained that we have no jurisdiction on a privately owned building except to provide incentives for the owner to improve it.
