NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />C. c:ominued... <br />Mr. Hunt noted that the Commission finds <br />that the South Bend Central Development <br />Area is blighted to an extent that <br />caimot be corrected by regulatory <br />process or by ordinary operation of <br />private enterprise without resorting to <br />the Indiana Redevelopment Law. Blight <br />is found in the area based on the <br />Fi dings of Fact attached to Resolution <br />No 803 which was passed on April 23, <br />1987. <br />Mr Nimtz opened the public hearing to <br />th public for comments.
