Con <br />elopment Commission <br />- June 12, 1987 <br />(font.) <br />Mr. Nimtz explained that this is the old <br />clock that was outside the American Trust <br />Compimy at the corner of Michigan and <br />Washington Streets. It has been <br />renovated by Southold Restorations and <br />will be relocated to the atrium area of <br />the Ist Source Center. <br />Ms. Schwartz explained that the <br />Commission's involvement here results <br />from their ownership of the land on which <br />1st Source Center is located. The <br />Commission is asked to recognize that the <br />clock belongs to Southold, and, in the <br />event that the lease with lst Source <br />should end, the Commission would not <br />claim that the clock is theirs. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the agreement <br />concerning the location of the four dial <br />clock within the lst Source Center. <br />7. PROGRESSIREPORTS <br />Ms. Baum artner noted that South Bend's <br />Section J112 money is now used up. Since 312 <br />Loan money is moving slowly statewide, we will <br />be applying for additional Section 312 from <br />HUD.
