C <br />TOTAL <br />ONS <br />no communications. <br />consideration of <br />ved for parcel C4 -30. <br />1 <br />Mr. Hunt introduced Mr. John Phair to <br />pres nt more detailed information and a <br />drawing of his proposal for parcel C4 -30. <br />Mr. Phair explained that the proposed <br />office building would be located at the <br />corner of Michigan and Washington <br />Stre ts. The building would be eight <br />stories and the building line would be <br />loca ed on the property line along <br />Michigan and Washington Streets. The <br />baselient level would include an <br />underground parking area. The first <br />leve will be primarily restaurant and <br />reta l along Michigan Street. The <br />seco d, third, and fourth floor would be <br />for parking. The top four stories will <br />be o fice space.
